  1. Product introduction

    The system can effectively monitor the usage situation of steel cord conveyor belt, prevent fractures, splice displacement and other damages of conveyor belts which may affect the normal production, so as to avoid greater safety accidents.
          



   2. Function

(1)Remote operation: Equipment operators can operate switching power supply, switching radiation, image acquisition and equipment status monitoring anywhere within 120 km from the installation location of the equipment. All equipment operations and status monitoring can be completed without personnel to the detection site.

(2)Real time display: The running status of the belt will be displayed on the computer screen in real time, allowing users to watch the scene like a film.

(3)Holographic storage: The collected tape data are stored to the hard disk through multi-threading and special disk operation mode, which ensures that the perspective image is not different from the actual belt at processing and replay.

(4)Automatic identification: Without the assistance of personnel, the software automatically identifies the breakage, abnormality and splice displacement of the whole belt, and classifies and lists all kinds of defects for user-oriented maintenance.

(5)Video playback: It is possible to reproduce the whole process of belt operation, and adjust the speed of belt operation, so that users can have a detailed view; by double-clicking at any defect, it is also able to automatically jump to the corresponding defect image location, reducing the user's viewing time.

5.Product composition 
 
1.X-ray generator
The main function is to generate and emit the ray beam, which is formed after the filtering by boosting the voltage and enabling the pressure difference at the end of the tube reach160 kV.
2.X-ray receiver
The photoelectric sensor collects the radiation signal through the belt and transmits it to the control host from the designated transmission interface.
 
  
3.Control host
It mainly realizes the functions of power control on-off, voltage conversion, equipment condition monitoring and signal transmission. The controller receives commands from the host computer to realize control commands, and sends the collected signals from the designated transmission interface to the host computer in a specified signal format.
4.X-ray protection case
The 3 mm thick lead plate is used to restrain the radiation beam, so that the radiation beam can be used to minimize the impact on the surrounding environment. Authoritative testing showed that the radiation dose rate at 5 cm of the equipment surface was less than 5μGy/h.
