6.Equipment working procedure
The laptop sends a work instruction to the device, then the X-ray generator starts to produce X rays, and the images generated after the rays penetrate the high-speed belt are captured by the receptor, and then the data is transmitted to the laptop after the signal conversion, and people can see the active belt images in real time through the software, when the data collection is completed, the data will be automatically saved in the laptop, and it only need to be processed with the software to form a test report.

1. The equipment is installed on the lower belt
2. Select the position that is easy to connect to the power supply and has the least vibration of the belt for installation.
3. The device is very light and can be installed within 1 hour by two people
The X-ray generator is placed just below the center of the conveyor, and the X-ray emission angle is 40º + 40º. In order to ensure that the receiver acquires the full image of the belt, the length of the receiver is usually about 20 cm longer than the width of the belt, and another more important point is to maintain the installation height (the height of the receiver from the ground). According to the specification information of the belts, we list the installation height required in theory.
